3. Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

5bet BDT strictly prohibits betting by anyone under the age of 18. 5bet BDT may verify your age and identity at any time — after registration or prior to withdrawal.

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport may be required.
• Failure to verify your age will result in a temporary account suspension.
• Any funds deposited during the verification period will be held securely and returned once verification is complete.

4. Betting Rules

4.1 Bet Acceptance

On 5bet BDT, a bet is considered valid only once it has been confirmed by the platform's server. If confirmation is not received due to a network issue, the bet in question will be considered void.

4.2 Odds Changes

If odds change before a bet is confirmed, 5bet BDT will either process the bet at the updated odds or cancel it and return the stake. In live betting, odds can change at any moment.

4.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement

• If a match is not completed within the scheduled time or is cancelled, all bets are generally voided and stakes are returned.
• In in-play betting, results recorded before a match is cancelled may still stand — specific rules are noted on the event page.
• 5bet BDT is not liable for bet cancellations resulting from force majeure events such as natural disasters or political circumstances.

4.4 Maximum Win Limit

5bet BDT sets maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits vary by sport and market and are displayed on the platform. If incorrect odds are shown due to a system error, 5bet BDT reserves the right to void the result of the affected bet.

5. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit

5bet BDT accepts deposits via popular Bangladeshi mobile banking methods such as Mobile Pay, Nagad, and other approved payment gateways. Deposit terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is stated on the platform and is subject to change.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. Any such transactions will be cancelled and the funds returned.

5.2 Withdrawal

The following conditions apply to withdrawing winnings:

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is displayed on the platform.

6.3 Referral Program

To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred person must open a new account and make a minimum deposit. Fake referrals or self-referrals are not accepted.

7. Responsible Betting Policy

10. Account Closure & Suspension

5bet BDT reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice, particularly in the following circumstances:

• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Due to legal obligations.

You may request account closure at any time through our support team. Any valid balance remaining will be available for withdrawal before the account is closed.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding a bet outcome or payment will be resolved through the following process:

2. Our support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
3. Complex disputes may take up to 14 business days to investigate and resolve.
4. The decision of 5bet BDT shall be final and binding.

In case of any dispute, server logs and database records shall always be considered the final authority.
